Ian and Celia - Les Grand Fromages (lovers & festival Founders)

These two jokers are the masterminds behind the whole BBL shebang. They cooked up Beach Break soon after leaving university in a mad dash to stave off real work and to keep the outdoor party dream alive.

Hugo Tracey - Fulfiller Of Dreams

This mad-capped hoodlum is part of the BBL furniture, literally. He's chucking in his desk job as some kind of marketing head honcho and turning his hand to the art of BBL set design and outlandish games aficionado.

Leilah 'The Raver' Cooling - Head of Marketing & Décor

Brought in to teach the team a thing or two about the marketing game, this Welsh rarebit climbed the lofty ranks from BBL rep to where she is today and she's never forgotten her roots.

Rufus 'Dog' Lawrence - Business Development (or something)

No one's quite sure what Rufus does but he does it bloody well. Most likely found skulking round the loos with a farmer's hat on looking exceptionally important.

Amy 'The Godmother' Smith - Event Manager (basically does everything)

Never one to blow her own trumpet, Amy the workaholic Smith makes it her god sent duty to be all over BBL organising like a fairy godmother.

Jess 'Like' Wood - Marketing Assistant (social media guru)

Jess down with the kids Wood makes sure the BBL team don't miss a beat on the social media scene. Teaming up with Leilah she keeps BBL's digital output buzzing, facebooking and tweeting along.

Mark 'Careless' Carless - National Societies Manager (extreme games master)

Without a car or a care in the world, Mark lives on the edge between downright bonkers and a fully paid up member of the BBL team. Sometimes those lines merge. He flies up and down the country getting universities geed up for the Student Extreme Games.

Emma ‘Love This Shiz’ Curry - Marketing Placement Volunteer

Spanish speaking Emma is a welcome extra pair of hands on the BBL marketing pump. A master après skier, with nine piercings and a mini bus licence, she’s true BBL wife material.

Melanie ‘I Swear Allegiance’ Brown - Events Placement Volunteer

Up to the millisecond London artiste, Mel, brings her intimate knowledge of the Dalston rave scene to the events team. She also puts brown sauce in her tea. But hey!

Kate ‘Mad Scientist’ Hislop - Marketing Placement Volunteer

Biology grad Kate loves to have it large. She also loves knitting. She also ties string to her glasses and gets people to try and pull them off. For all these reasons, she’s a BBL shoe in.
